About

From the Driver’s Seat to the Deal Table.

Before I was a broker, I was a FedEx Ground contractor. I started running routes in 2009, and for four years I lived the reality my clients experience every day: the early mornings, the tight delivery windows, the drivers, and the constant balancing act among service scores, payroll, and profitability. In 2013, my family sold the routes and, having just been through the process myself, launched Capital Route Sales to help other contractors do the same.

That distinction matters. Most brokers can talk about FedEx routes. I’ve actually run one. When I sit down with a seller, I’m not guessing about what drives value; I know firsthand what buyers will scrutinize, what FedEx will require, and what actually makes a route business more valuable. When I work with a buyer, I can speak plainly about what day-to-day ownership really looks like, not just what’s on the P&L.

Since 2013, that experience has helped me broker hundreds of route sales across the country, guiding both sellers and buyers through valuations, negotiations, and closings with the confidentiality and professionalism this industry demands.

Whether you’re getting ready to sell the business you built or looking to step into route ownership for the first time, I bring a perspective most brokers simply don’t have: I’ve sat in your seat.
